Do I need an account to use Konki?
No — you can use Konki fully without an account. An account is only required if you want to sync your data across multiple devices.
How does the adaptive programming work?
You set a baseline (your current max reps) and a target. Konki builds a day-by-day schedule and recalculates after every session based on how you actually performed — if you're ahead of schedule it pushes harder, if you're struggling it eases off.
What happens if I miss a day?
Konki detects missed days when you next open the app and automatically adjusts your plan. You'll see a notification explaining that your targets may look lower than expected — this is the plan adapting, not a bug. Train consistently and select Easy effort to recover quickly.
Can I add my own exercises?
Yes. In Settings you can add custom exercises with your own names. The adaptive engine works the same way for custom exercises as it does for the built-in ones.
How do I sync across devices?
Create an account in Settings → Account. Once signed in, use the Upload to Cloud button to push your data, and Download from Cloud on another device to pull it. The download merges with existing local data rather than replacing it.
I forgot my password — what do I do?
On the sign in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter your email address. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes.
How do I delete my account?
Email us at konki@systemsatlasproject.com and we'll delete your account and all associated data within 48 hours.
Is Konki free?
Yes, Konki is free to download and use. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases.
